Autocrave Show & Concert - First-everBilled more as a lifestyle event and concert than just your standard car show, the first ever Autocrave hit at the Pomona Fairplex in Pomona, Calif. Some of the hottest local cars showed up to represent at the show, with more pimped out Evos, S2000s, RX-7s and Scions than you could shake a stick at. Awards were given out for the top winners in JDM, DTM, Exotic, Truck, SUV and Bike, not to mention the requisite marquee winners for Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Honda, etc.
Beyond the car show, other popular attractions included some of the biggest names in import modeling, including Sasha Singleton, Christine Mendoza, Alie Layus, Lisa Fleming, KT So, Flo Jalin and Abbie Ratay. And, as if that wasn't enough, a fashion show and bikini contest only served to up the female presence. The Audiocrave stage showcased some of today's hottest hip-hop acts with performances by Dilated Peoples, The Shape Shifters, Visionaries, Binary Star, Verbal Threat and LA Symphony. Backed by a performance from some of the finest b-boy and b-girl dance crews around, the Audiocrave concert was filled to the brim with some of the latest beats and rhymes, a perfect break from fishing through the sea of cars and chicks on display.
With booths and a presence by M1 Autobody, JIC USA, Meguiar's, JTuned, Motul, Rays Engineering/Mackin Industries, Performance Nissan and Turbonetics, the Autocrave experience had an impressive showing for a first-time event, and future shows are only going to get better and better.Check it out at Autocraveonline.com.
