The Toyota Owner's and Restorer's Club (TORC) recently hosted their 13th Annual All Toyotafest at Long Beach's Veterans Stadium-along with two handfuls of the industry's finest Toyota vendors, shops, and crews-and yours truly was there to catch all the madness. Historically a show for restorers of old-school Toyotas, the meet welcomes owners of any model/year Toyota, Lexus, and Scion-and a quick run through the show proves the modified classes are hot on the heels of their showroom-stock brothers. Prime examples include: Brain Urbano's '93 Supra, Lisa Uchida's AE86 Corolla, 5Zigen's JGTC Supra, and Chris Yap's '94 MR2. And as for the old-school guys, well...they were on top of their game, thanks to Ray Santos and his F20C-powered '71 Celica, and Jon Domingo's ber-clean turbo 4AGE-powered '82 Starlet. www.toyotaclub.org
