How long have you been racing? Seven yearsWhat got you started in racing? I started out as a mechanic but did plenty of work to my own car. From there I just wanted to keep going faster.Worst crash? It was at Dallas Texas Motorplex. I didn't crash but I spun out at the end of the track at 160 mph.What is your daily ride? Lexus GS 400What kind of car did you first start in? I started professionally in my 1994 Honda Civic Hatchback that I just retired last year. It was the same car I won the 2001 NHRA points series in.What does it take to get to your level? Showing up to the races helps out a lot cause that shows sponsors you are trying everything possible to make it. If you plan on racing out of State you need a bare minimum of 25-35 thousand. I started out in a U Haul and now I roll in an full race trailor. In one sentence describe what it's like behind the wheel? Cut a good light, shift three times and pull the shoot. We worked so hard to get the car to run straight that now it feels like a stock Honda.
