Some claim we don't print enough reader interaction in Import Tuner. Sure, there's "Going Postal", and a user rides gallery on importtuner.com, but nothing that lets you show off your projects in print. Get used to it. Most of you would rather see our pages dedicated to badass feature cars or hot girlies than camera-phone snaps of everyone else's Cavaliers and Neons, so-with the exception of this month's contributors-we're keeping things the way they are. But we are adding an "Honorable Feature" gallery to importtuner.com, for those of you with badass, yet oddball projects cars, or who just can't figure out that "Longshots" is actually a photo contest. You're welcome.

EVO Killer?
Just writing in to see if you could feature my car in your magazine. It's dedicated to my brother, who recently passed away, and I'm sure he'd be honored to see it in print. It's a '90 Toyota Celica GT, ST185. Thanks guys!
Marlon Martinez, Clifton, NJ

Can't do a print feature, Marlon-sorry. The car's looking good, but just isn't quite ready yet . . . and we're willing to bet not a whole lot of people could relate to the fluke turbo/AWD coupe Toyota built, like, four of before turning their backs on the project altogether (no matter how much we actually like All Tracs). But since that upgraded turbo under the hood tells us yours is one of the better ones out there, we're giving you 34 seconds of fame this issue. That, and possibly the first-ever "Honorary Feature" spot on importtuner.com. Nice work!

Wrong Side Of The Law
I am a faithful buyer of your magazine, but am currently incarcerated. Four other inmates and I ordered copies of your January '10 issue, as we're allowed to do with good behavior, but have not received our calendar. We bought newsstand copies, too, so I know they should've been in there! Can you tell us what's up, and if there's any possible way we can get some on their own? Keep up the good work!
Gerry Fisher, Oshawa, CA

Uhh . . . the warden stole it, on the grounds that's it's objectionable content, duh. Have you seen that thing? It's practically porn! It will poison your mind and/or hinder the "rehabilitation process" of prison. Don't worry-2NR is here to help you skirt the law in any way possible. If you'd like to have a friend order a copy for you and smuggle it in a cake, they can be obtained through Seibon: 909.444.5900 (www.seiboncarbon.com). Calendars, that is. We're not pastry chefs.

Non-reader's Ride
I've always dreamed of having my car in your magazine, so please consider my EVO X. I live in Idaho and work on a farm; needless to say, my days can get pretty boring. Most of the time, I find myself smoothing out dirt tracks to drive my car on later. You have no idea how proud I'd be to flip open your mag one day and see my car in Readers' Rides.
Branden Smith, Rexburg, ID

We lol'd in amazement when we read the first part of your letter, impressed that you drive a tractor on a farm for a living and own an EVO X, yet are no more than 11 years old (since you've "always dreamed"...). But we realized you were F.O.S. once you mentioned a "Reader's Rides" section that has, in fact, never been part of Import Tuner. Shame! Still, we can't pass up a photo of a nice car being beaten to hell in the snow. After all, as Formula D's J-Rod would put it, all we Californians ever get to scrape off our windshields is sunshine!
