Talking to people was never a problem for me. 2NR model interviews are no different. Walk in. Shake hands. Make some introductory small talk. Get to know them and begin asking questions. A beautiful face-or body for that matter-never really stifled me. Today I felt a little anxious but blew it off. I didn't worry about not doing a little background research on her and I didn't care to see any pictures of her before the shoot. "Rock out with my cock out!" I said driving to the studio. Rock out with my cock out. I love the pressure, the adventure. "G'head, gimme Moore" I laughed.
I walked in a little cocky and noticed she was trying on the clothes for the shoot. As soon as things were Kosher with the photographer I walked up and asked if she was ready for the interview. Shamron looked at me and...ah fuck it. Who cares what she said?! I mean, just look at her! She's hella dope.
2NR: So Shamron, I understand you're a Cancer. I'm a Cancer!SM: I get along with Cancers.
2NR: How old are you?SM: 26
2NR: Wow, you don't look it.SM: I know! Thanks!
2NR: I was about to card you when you walked in.SM: I love it when people card me now. When I was 18 I got pissed off when people wondered if I was of legal age because I'd drink. But now, hell, bring it on. I wanna be carded!
2NR: What's your favorite drink?SM: I'm a big wine person. I like champagne and vodka.
2NR: That's not a wine. That's like the opposite side of wine.SM: I like a lot of things. I like Absolut Mandarin and tonic with lime. It's a great drink.
2NR: So to impress you at a club or bar what would I be buying you?SM: At a club, the vodka drink. At a martini bar or at a nice dinner it'd be the wine.
2NR: Are you a red wine person?SM: No, white. I go for a good merlot every once in a while-a cabernet-usually I'm a white girl.
2NR: Usually? You're pretty tall. What are you like 5' 4"?SM: I'm 5' 7". Because I'm slim I photograph much taller.
2NR: Maybe it's your great posture.SM: Yeah maybe.
2NR: You do sit up straight. Is that a tattoo on your arm? It goes all the way round.SM: Yeah. It's barbed wire. It was that whole Pam Anderson barbed wire thing when I was 19. I regret it now. I'm gonna have it lasered off.
2NR: If you'd consider a tat now what would it be.SM: Nothing. If someone asks me about a tattoo I'd tell them don't. It's the biggest commitment you'll ever have. Beyond relationships or changing your hair color. You can't take the ink away easily. If Angelina Jolie can do it so can I.
2NR: What have you done in the industry so far?SM: I just did a shoot with Lowrider and another magazine. If you go to my website you can see all my stuff. News, updates...it's fully redesigned and unlike other sites you don't have to pay to get in-it's absolutely free.
2NR: Yeah, just around my price tag. Are you single?SM: I'm not looking.
2NR: That's a good obscure answer.SM: Oh I'm on the cover of the Italian Playboy this month!
