Test 01-Baseline
After we wiped the tears from our eyes (from all the blow-by and crying), we decided that the engine needed more than a tune-up, especially with factory flywheel horsepower rated at 140 hp.
Test 01-HPIntake
In true Tuner fashion, we still tried to extract power by adding the cold air intake. We were successful, garnering an almost even shift upwards of the powerband, with maximum power peaking at the 6000rpm range.
Check out this rim, it gave the car 3hp (just kidding).

Test 02-Greddy Exhaust
Adding the exhaust gave us a few more ponies to play with, but the Integra seemed to be getting worse. Power peaked at 110.0 hp, bringing the total power gain to 4.5 hp. This was most evident in the higher reaches of the powerband.
