Hyperground S-Type Wires
180.4 Hp 128.7 Tq
Pros
Grounding systems play an integral part when your vehicle demands more power from the electrical system. Using the Hyper Ground kit, this system provides a direct ground path from the battery's negative terminal to the body, chassis and engine components, improving the vehicle's electrical circulation when compared to the factory wires.
Although the horsepower and torque numbers were nothing to brag about, the wires did help slightly in the midrange with a 3-hp and 3-ft-lb of torque gain.
Cons
The instructions give the purchaser a basic idea of where to place the wires, but it's all a matter of testing and finding the best location for mounting points with the Hyper Ground wires. Fiddling around with the locations will reward you with horsepower.
Notes
Remember: This wiring kit is called "Hyper Ground" for a reason. Some customers attempted to hook this kit up to the positive side of their batteries, only to witness a nice engine fire or exploding battery. Don't be a dork, and make sure this kit is secured to the battery's ground terminal.
