The Carnival happens one Wednesday a month and features some of the top professionally choregraphed dance crews from video and film. Not only is it a dope atmosphere they have a few stars roll through. Usher, Chris Judd, Mario Van Peeples, Eden's Crush and special host Debbie Allen all showed their faces at the three-year anniversary in January although through the thick crowd we only got Chris Judd, a.k.a.
