For street/strip B-seriesVTEC engines only, Edelbrock's new cams are ground from chilled iron billets which are then nitrided for durability and a long sevice life. Combined with Edelbrock's intake manifold, throttle body and headers, this cam can offer a significant wheel horsepower increase over the factory rating in the high rpm range. This cam requires upgraded valve springs, which Edelbrock also offers in kit form.
