Snap-On Coolant
Traditionally, servicing coolant systems has been a time-consuming process requiring multiple hand tools, cumbersome accessories and equipment and a ton of work on your part. Now with the introduction of the Snap-on(r) Coolant Exchange (EESE336A) system from Snap-on Tools Company, automotive coolant service has been automated, accelerated and simplified. The new unit offers comprehensive testing capabilities, continuous flush functions and recycling options-all in a safe and easy-to-operate system. The Snap-on Coolant Exchange features a vacuum and pressure hold test that checks the cooling system in service for leaks. A panel-mounted gauge shows technicians when coolant is escaping from the system. Radiator or surge cap testing is performed with the cap installed on the vehicle and shown by the actual relief pressure in pounds per square inch (PSI). The Snap-on Coolant Exchange handles both conventional and reverse flow cooling systems. Technicians never have to cut or fit hoses because there are included radiator adaptors.
