So Many Gauges, So Little Mess
If I needed to put a bunch of gauges in my car, I personally would not want to clutter my field of view with an A-pillar pod full of them. To me, it looks tacky and draws attention to all the wrong people, including cops. AEM has come up with an invention to remedy this sort of distaste with their new Serial Gauge. This gauge is revolutionary in that it is like having 19 gauges in one. It can simultaneously monitor boost pressure, air/fuel ratio, RPM, vehicle speed and more in its preset channels. Using a series of LED lights, the gauge notifies the user of problems in a certain channel. If you want to use more than one gauge, you can. The system comes with a "daisy chain" that allows the user to string together a series of gauges to individually monitor the desired channels. Unfortunately, it can be only used with their engine management system, but then again, if you need a lot of gauges, you're probably making a lot of power and are using an EMS anyway.
