Hello, I am living in Australia and am only allowed v 6 without turbo on my P's (Provisional licence) Which cuts out alot of the tuner cars available to me. So I need some ideas what I can get? I was still looking at some of the supras without turbos but not sure. Any advice? I have 10-15k US currency to spend.

i recently bougth an 87 supra and it has verious problems i also had to buy a 740 dollar wires for it and now im looking for a fuel line that will cost me 210 dollars at the dealer ship if any one has a spare part that they would sell it to me cheap i would apreciate it. its the fuel line for the cold start, and also in need of a CAM sencor. i know theres some people out there that have some of this cars that dont work and are selling parts of their car if anyone sees this please reply

Pickup a turbo upgrade kit, or source all the pieces yourselves. Don't forget to switch to a front mount intercooler, upgrade the fuel system, get some sort of ems(maybe cobbport or AEM's ems) and find a reputable tuner to tune it. Shouldn't cost that much, maybe 8k or so. I could really be off on that figure though. =)

I was wondering how difficult the swap would be from my D16z6 to a B16A2(engine only) or (full swap). Which would you prefer, I understand the Full Swap would come with everything I need, but do you think if i just got the engine B16A2 would it be able to work with my manual transmission. I am newer to the engine field, taking an engines class this coming semester, so I am looking for information. Another question I had was, how important is the LSD on an engine? and what civic engine does it come in. Any info is appreciated, thanks -corbin
