Yes, the rumors are true: our fearless leader Carter Jung has moved on to greener pastures in search of the fabled unicorn. If I continued to talk about why or who, anything I could say might do more harm than good, so I won't go there. But before he left, Carter mentioned the hardest part of moving on was no longer being with all the great industry people and colleagues he had the privilege of working with during his tenure at Import Tuner. But don't be too disappointed, in the wake of his departure he's been taking things in stride, with more opportunity to reacquaint himself with friends and family, travel abroad, and of course hit the local bars to throw back a few drinks without having to worry about editorial deadlines. Lucky bastard!
Like it or not, you'll be seeing and hearing plenty of Luke and I for a long time coming. As a team, we will continue to dedicate ourselves to providing only the best in gadgets, models, features, and tech you've come to love and appreciate from Import Tuner. We were excited to hear the good news that our magazine was given a green light to begin work on an improved design and layout within the next few issues, as well as participation in some interesting pilot programs. For months now, we've been open to suggestions from our outspoken readers on what they want to see in our magazine and we've listened, but it's once again time for you to voice your opinion on what you'd like to see more or less of, so we can continue to make 2NR bigger and better than ever before. Grab a seat, strap in, and prepare yourselves as we begin a new journey!
