2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9 Mr Exhaust Manifold

The DC Sports EVO 8/9 turbo exhaust manifold has gone through an extensive revision using a slower welding process. The use of a thicker rod for deeper weld penetration and precision purging on all inner tube sections with Argon gas strengthens the backside of all welds. This new production process, along with it's quality 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent construction and slip-fit number one and four primary runners, offer the consumer a durable and longer lasting manifold that's less prone to cracking or failing under extreme driving conditions. DC Sports also provides thermal wrapping and clamps to protect the radiator hose from extreme manifold heat while the clamps prevent the radiator protectant from fraying.

Dealing with any aftermarket product requires extensive knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble each performance part correctly. Installing the exhaust manifold on the EVO requires plenty of patience and the included instructions close by your side. If you're hesitant to install the unit, don't be a chump and blow your ride. Take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic who can properly install the unit for a few greenbacks

Exhaust manifold, 5 feet of thermal tape, metal zip ties, stickers, instructions

Thanks to the flash and tune from Tuning Technologies, the MR was now running a safe air/fuel ratio with plenty of room to tune up the boost. We set our Gizzmo boost controller to 25psi to take advantage of the new products installed on the vehicle and the horsepower and torque numbers didn't disappoint.
