Cons
Again, none, other than the fact that installation can be downright painful with the vehicle hot.

Notes
Unlike a lot of "race only" downpipes on the market today, GReddy's MR downpipe is designed to work with the factory catalyst, meaning you won't have to dodge the cops with it installed, nor will you have to contend with a lit check engine light. Yet another improvement that should've been made from the factory.
Conclusion
Testing done to our EVO X subject car this month reiterates that modifying a car need not be a life-altering experience. The K&N filter presents one of the biggest dollar-per-hp gains to be seen among modifications to newer cars, and with a 30-second installation (20, if you're good) and $60 retail price, should be added to any street-going EVO MR. Following suit is the GReddy downpipe. With easy installation, a low MSRP, and stock reliability, we can't think of any reason why this modification shouldn't be performed to every MR out there. Adding an exhaust might not be for everyone, but if you're reading this, that's not you. Our GReddy unit did all of what we wanted it to and none of what we didn't.
